Hot chocolate is experiencing a major revival in the speciality drinks industry, and should account for around 15% of your winter drinks sales. So it's already an established classic, but now customers are choosing more sophisticated flavours and looking for more variety.

Whilst the Zuma Original gives great creaminess and a full, sweet chocolate flavour, and appeals to a broad range of customers, the Dark hot chocolate is the drink for the real connoisseur, it has a higher cocoa content (32% to be exact) and a more intense cocoa flavour, in more of a European style.
Zuma hot chocolate is good as cold chocolate too, mix it up with ice on hot days. Or you could add Sweetbird Coffee Syrups to create some interesting flavour variants (see what you can come up with).
