The Iberital Expression is the start of the next generation of espresso machine production, expertly made for precision coffee production, This is the flagship of the Iberital Line, combining all the best features of the Iberital machines. In addition the line features a digital readout displaying information crucial to the perfect espresso extraction. This is an invaluable tool for the professional barista. The eXpression line is designed for the most demanding, high volume cafe's and restaurants.

Its innovative technology includes unprecedented control of temperature and extraction allowing advanced electronic pre-infusion of the coffee, prior to production. The heat exchangers are located at the top of the boiler, this enables them to be heated by steam only!  By using steam to heat the boiler unlike all other espresso machines, boiler temperature is electronically controlled giving a more stable, consistent and accurate boiler temperature.

With two versions of this machine available, both a standard level for sit in cafe's etc, or indeed a high group version for take out drinks, this machine really does cater to almost every need. With its separate heating system per group head and its in built pump is ideal for almost every establishment from mobile catering units to high volume cafe's.
