In order to protect your investment in quality beverage equipment, and to ensure complete service reliability, Garraways have developed Covercare.
Covercare is a comprehensive service and repair package, serviced by over 80 trained service engineers throughout the UK, who specialize in the installation, maintenance and repair of coffee beverage equipment.
We stock a wide range of parts the most common of which are carried by our engineer’s so that most problems can be repaired onsite. In the event that a machine cannot be repaired onsite, we can arrange its transport to our workshops for the necessary repairs to be fulfilled.
Covercare also includes a telephone help line providing continuous support for all our customers.

- Basic Retrain Of Staff If Required
- Advise On General Condition Of The Machine And Parts & Recommend Future Replacements

Water Treatment
To prevent lime scale and permanent damage to your machine we strongly advise the fitting of a water filter. Garraways supply and monitor water filters. We will inform the customer when the water filter needs changing. Our cartridge water filters are easy to install and maintain.

Boiler Pressure Checks

A boiler inspection is required on all appliance’s which produces steam in a commercial environment, this is part of the H.S.E ’s pressure vessels act currently in force in the Uk . This inspection, relating to the pressure test on the boiler, must be carried out every 12 months by a competent person and is an insurance requirement. The Boiler Inspection and Pressure Test Report in relation to commercial espresso machines is becoming more commonly enforced by local authorities.
