This one is simple. Take three scoops of vanilla ice cream and a splash of milk and place in a blender. Add 4 Lotus Biscoff Caramelised Biscuits, securely place on the lid and mix until smooth. Pour your biscoff milkshake into a cool glass and enjoy this deliciously more-ish drink!
Biscoff Sauce for Waffles or Pancakes
Makes: 1 Jar
26x Lotus Biscoff Caramelised Biscuits
25g light brown sugar
100g evaporated milk
10g unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Blend together the biscuits and brown sugar until smooth. Add evaporated milk and blend for for around a minute. Add the butter, lemon juice and cinnamon and blend for another 30 seconds. Drizzle this delicious sauce over ice cream, fruit, waffles or pancakes. You can store in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight jar or container.
This is a great all year round recipe. Simply fill the cup with ice, add the espresso and top with milk. Pour into your blender, add the frappé powder and 4 broken up Lotus Biscoff Caramelised Biscuits, then blend until smooth. Pour back into cup and serve. You could also add some cream with a drizzle of Biscoff sauce and crumbled biscuits.
