Add this delicious seasonal special to your drinks menu for an indulgent treat perfect for all customers. Made with 4 simple ingredients available at Garraways.

You will need:

- 1 scoop of Zuma Fairtrade Dark Hot Chocolate
- 2 small scoops of Zuma Organic Beetroot Adaptogen Powder
- 15ml of Sweetbird Raspberry Purée
- 500ml double cream

For the Red Velvet Hot Chocolate:

- Mix the hot chocolate powder with 1 scoop of the beetroot adaptogen powder and a small amount of hot water until you have a paste-like mixture
- Add the strawberry purée to the mix and stir
- Pour steamed milk into the hot chocolate and continue to stir

For the Pink Cream Topping:

- Mix 1 scoop of beetroot adaptogen powder with double cream
- Add the cream mix to an iSi cream whipper and shake well
- Top the Red Velvet Hot Chocolate with pink whipped cream and add a dusting of beetroot adaptogen powder to finish the drink off in style
