Kanuka Chai Spiceis Intense in flavour and richly aromatic, fragrant aniseed enriches this Chai Spice tea with essential oils, while ginger and cloves bring warmth and a rich, lasting aroma. How it tastes:
Intense in flavour, aromatic and satisfyingly spiced.
To serve one: Heat 250mls of water to 100°C. Add 2 heaped tsps of tea, allow to infuse for 4 minutes if drinking black; 5 if adding milk. For a latte, double the measure of tea and infuse for 5 minutes in milk instead of water, add sugar if desired.
Why it’s special: Cinnamon, ginger and aniseed are great for settling the stomach, so try a cup of Chai Spice tea when feeling under the weather. Great either as a black tea or latte with a dash of vanilla for sweetness.
